- 'Sheed is "passionate" in preseason games as well I guess. It's hard to have his back sometimes.
- Delfino knew he wasn't getting it done in Detroit, just like everyone else. I tried to back him up for three years, but it just never happened.
- Damn, another Western Conference travel year for the Wings.
- I can't watch the Wings without realizing how good Datyuk and Zetterburg are and what an important player Holmstrom has become over the years. They were in top form Wednesday night.
